Rooibos (Aspalathus Lineari), Rose Petals (Rosa spectabilis).
Flavour: Like black tea without tannins.
Place 1 tea bag in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve with or without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
